Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States include standard ground delivery. Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or to International destinations, must call for shipping fees. For all orders requiring expedited freight, call customer service to arrange delivery service and fees. All confirmed orders will be processed for shipping on the following business day unless other
arrangements have been made for expedited freight. All fees for shipping will be calculated at the time of order and will be applied accordingly. Orders requesting C.O.D. freight will not be accepted.
International Shipping Policy:
IAS does ship internationally with few exceptions. Please call to verify the destination and confirm services. All prices for shipping will be calculated in US dollars. Any duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Due to the various fees of each Country, IAS cannot provide an estimate of these
fees or collect for these costs beforehand. International orders may require additional time for processing, an estimated ship date will be provided at time of order.
Return Shipment Policy:
All returned orders with an Authorized RMA will be the responsibility of the returning customer. RMA orders marked C.O.D. will be refused and will not be accepted. Means of shipping will be the sole responsibility of the returning customer.
